Description

The patients have usually suffered from a high velocity trauma and may be having haemo-dynamic instability. The Patients of Fracture dislocation of hip may be suffering from ipsilateral shaft femur fractures, other limb injuries, internal haemorrhage or head injuries. These patients are high risk patients and and thorough examination should be done.
